We provide a further 6-month warranty as well as our 30-day warranty (only applicable on selected items) please see listing. After a 6-month period from date of purchase, the device then becomes your responsibility and refunds can no longer be provided

Devices With IMEI Numbers

Mobile phones and other devices that may have their IMEI numbers registered with a network may at times be under risk of becoming blocked/blacklisted. With our lifetime IMEI guarantee, should the handset become blocked/blacklisted by a third party during the lifetime of the device, it will be replaced like for like.
